Ma. Carmen R. Lim – Regala, P.I.I.D., MFA the principal designer of CRL designs.

Hailed as one of the most sought after interior designers of 2013 by Condo Living magazine of The Mega Publishing Group, Cai graduated from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) with a degree in Bachelor of Fine Arts, major in Advertising Arts. She is, likewise, an Interior Design graduate from the Philippine School of Interior Design (PSID) and a Master of Fine Arts and Design degree holder from Philippine Women’s University (PWU).

Brought up in business-oriented family, she also oversees her family-owned corporation Mity Mike Inc. as General Manager. The said company is engaged in manufacturing and customizing furniture.

Interior Designers (PIID) and Academic Board Member at PSID, she shares her passion to upcoming interior designers through teaching. She is a founding member of the PSID Alumni Association (PSIDAA) where she served as Board Secretary for yr. 2011-2013. In 2015 she was awarded as one of the Alumni’s outstanding honoree for her great contributions.

Aside from being a mother, educator, designer and business owner, she still finds time to assist the Chamber of Furniture Industries of the Philippines (CFIP) as Vice President for Design, be one of the judges for Philippine International Furniture Show (2015) and Katha Awards (2016), participate in design immersion tours abroad, hold seminars and organize forums.
